To save the trees we moved the path.

87 Lot TownHouse Subdivision at Griffin. Cut off the top of the hill — at Tesch Road Griffin.. Deep cut for a road box — at Tesch Road Griffin.. Earthworks have started. Watch out for nasty surprises, Deep roots. Existing dam wall on right of this photo leaks. Leaks real bad. Boxing out external road. An unsuitable area in the box needs replacing. Timber retaining walls started. Footing in for Masonary wall to start. First part of Masonary wall built . Backfilling Masonary wall. Gravel in for External road

Laying Kerband Channel on external road, I hope that storm does'nt hit us. Chip seal of external road. Happy days, AC is going down. Bottom course in on road widening and Electrical crossing complete. Laying the AC, always good to see. Island done, linemarking complete.
Housing construction started stage 1 — at Tesch Road Griffin. Stage 2 earthworks 5 days off completion. Field inlet finished , then signage and that will be roadwidening complete. Another townhouse development started at Griffin. Earthworks 80% complete, drainage has started.

A nice little culvert crossing constructed before the road widening gets boxed out ready for gravel layers

Head wall on culverts, batter protection slab in place and V drain poured ready for topsoil and turf. Primer seal being laid, Asphalt on Monday.. another job done
